Brazil: Greater Campinas
Microsoft operates datacenters in the state of São Paulo and we are building new datacenters in Hortolândia and Sumaré. Construction began on the Av. da Ligação location in July. Our community development work supports sustainability, skill building, and local community projects for beneficiaries of all ages.

Investing in communities
Through listening and conversations, we strive to earn the trust of the communities we serve and the governments that represent them. These conversations help us build on the great work of others and align our operations and community investments with local values, aspirations, strengths, and needs. -
Increasing access to digital skills and local job opportunities
We believe economic growth can and must be inclusive. That’s why we invest to help individuals, organizations, and communities access pathways to growth and opportunity. We invest in programs to help people build skills for jobs and livelihood opportunities and increase access to computer science education.Get to know our skill-building programs and local job opportunities
