Microsoft invests in local programs that benefit people of all ages. In Italy, our collaborations are organized by our focus areas of Building Digital Skills, Enabling Sustainability, and Empowering Communities. The following program list contains a sample of the investments Microsoft makes on an annual basis.

デジタル・スキルの構築 

Microsoft believes everyone should have access to the skills, technology, and opportunity they need to succeed in a changing economy.   Fondazione Generation Italy  transforms education to employment systems to prepare, place, and support people into life-changing careers that would otherwise be inaccessible.

• デジタル職業における若者の雇用のための連合は、技術職経験のない失業中の若者を訓練し、キャリアの出発点となる仕事に就かせ、企業が適切なスキルを持つ人材を見つけるのを支援する。このプロジェクトは、提供された受益者（300人の若者が訓練を受け、就職した）、提供された職業、対象地域において高い効果を上げた。

  Fondazione Istituto Superiore per le Nuove Tecnologie works to ensure a continuous supply of superior technicians at the tertiary level in response to demand from public and private productive sectors. It supports the integration between education, training, and work systems to spread technical and scientific culture and promote the orientation of young people and their families towards technical professions.

• ジョブズ・アカデミーコースは、クラウド向けのネイティブ構造のアプリケーションを構築できるソフトウェア開発者のためのコースです。このコースと関連する技術モジュールは、マイクロソフト・イタリアとの緊密な協力のもとに考案されました。

持続可能性の実現

気候変動には迅速な集団行動と技術革新が必要です。私たちは自らの目標を達成すると同時に、地域社会が同じ目標を達成できるよう支援することを約束します。 One Tree Planted は、個人と企業の両方が環境への恩返しをし、より健全な気候を作り、生物多様性を保護し、森林再生活動を支援することを容易にすることに専念しています。

• フォレスタミは、2030年までにミラノ首都圏に300万本の木を植え、気候変動を遅らせ、エネルギー消費を削減し、空気の質と市民の福利を向上させることを目指している。このプロジェクトは、住民、公共機関、団体、民間企業を巻き込み、自然の価値と都市の森づくりを推進することに努めている。ソラリス・ソーシャル・コーポラティブと提携し、マイクロソフトとOne Tree Plantedの支援を受けて、フォレスタミはアルバイラーテ（ミラノの西に位置する自治体）南部の9,765平方メートルの区画に1,367本の木を植えた。多様な樹木を植えることで、フォレスタミは炭素固定量を増やし、景観の質を向上させ、生態系サービスを強化することを目指している。

  Spazio Aperto Società Cooperativa Sociale  is a social solidarity cooperative founded in Milan in 1984. For the public and private markets, it produces and markets a system of integrated services to support companies and public administrations. Through its services, it pursues its mission to commit to the employment integration of socially disadvantaged people.

• GAAPプロジェクトは、都市内の環境問題や異常を監視・報告する技術を開発することを目的としている。地域で清掃や介護サービスに従事する障害者のために設計されたこのプロジェクトは、行政や地域社会に、より清潔で手入れの行き届いた都市を還元する。障害を持つ人々が、社会的企業が提供するサービスの質を向上させるイノベーションの主人公となる。

Whether affected by a recent emergency or decades of challenges, we use data, technology, and strategic investments to restore and support them for future generations.   ChangeX International  helps to create thriving communities everywhere by democratizing change, ensuring proven innovations and finance are accessible to everyone, everywhere. ChangeX is a community engagement platform that, with Microsoft’s support, has funded more than 500 groups in communities across Europe and the United States since 2015. Funds are repeated often throughout the years.

• マイクロソフト ロンバルディア コミュニティ チャレンジマイクロソフト ロンバルディア コミュニティ チャレンジは、持続可能性、STEM教育、社会的結束、コミュニティ テクノロジ スキルといったテーマで、地域コミュニティの強化を目的とした実証済みのアイデアを始めようとする人に、資金、リソース、サポートを提供します。このチャレンジは、デジタル・スキルが日常生活を向上させるだけでなく、公共・社会サービス、教育、雇用機会などへのアクセスを可能にすることで、若者やより成熟した人々を支援するように設計されている。

  Cooperativa Sociale Solaris Onlus promotes effective methods and a culture of inclusion in favor of disabled and disadvantaged people, people with addiction problems, and young people at risk of substance abuse and addiction.

• 教育用パワーアプリプロジェクトは、パワーアプリを使ったトレーニングを開発・配布した。これらのトレーニングやコンテンツは、COVIDパンデミックの間、支援を提供し続けるために、障害を持つ人々やサービスを受けていないコミュニティ向けに提供された。

  Fondazione Francesca Rava N.P.H. Italia Onlus was founded in 2000 to help children and adolescents in difficult conditions, fragile women, and families in Italy, Haiti, and around the world. It operates through distance adoption, awareness-raising projects on the rights of minors, and the diffusion of the culture of volunteering, with specific programs in Italy and abroad.

• 少年院プロジェクトフランチェスカ・ラーヴァ財団は、Fondazione Mondo Digitale (Microsoft NGO for Skilling project)の支援を受けて、ミラノの少年院に収容されている少年たちのためのトレーニングの機会を定義した。フランチェスカ・ラヴァ財団は、ミラノの少年院内のデジタル・ラボにすべての技術設備を提供し、基本的なデジタル活動に関する週2回のコース（各トレーニングに12人の少年）を開発した。このコースは、ラーヴァ財団の職員とマイクロソフトのボランティアがサポートし、モンド・デジターレ財団がコーディネートした。
• 貧しい家族のための食糧イニシアティブは、ミラノ地域の弱い立場にある家庭や子どもたちの経済的・教育的貧困に取り組むもので、若者やマイクロソフトの同僚がボランティアとして倉庫での箱の準備や配達に積極的に参加した。食糧配給は、毎月1箱ずつ20世帯に届けられた。

  Fondazione Triulza represents the requests and proposals of civil society and third sector organizations to encourage the meeting of different cultures, the welcome and inclusion of all social subjects starting from the most disadvantaged, and the active participation of citizens, especially the youngest.

• ソーシャル・イノベーションのためのハッカソンには、小中学生（5～13歳）と高校生・大学生（15～25歳）を対象とした2つのプログラムがある。一連のワークショップやイベントを通じて、12,500人以上の学生が明日の持続可能な都市をデザインする課題に参加している。
• MIND教育ハッカソンとワークショップMINDエデュケーション・ハッカソン・ワークショップでは、地域の若者を集め、AIやクラウド技術を使った課題を提示する。ハッカソンとワークショップの目的は、気候変動、教育へのアクセス、社会的結束、メンタルヘルスなど、地域的・世界的な社会問題に対処し、解決策を提供するためのデジタルツールの使用方法について、若者を教育することである。

  SocialTechno Impresa Sociale Srl  is a social enterprise born from the will of four Lombard professionals and entrepreneurs who have been working for years in the field of technology and nonprofits. SocialTechno promotes the IT culture and technological development of Italian nonprofit organizations by promoting synergies with the profit world, to allow the third sector to access innovation and exploit the advantages of a conscious use of technology.

• AI学校中退プロジェクトは、生徒の退学や留年といった課題に取り組む機会として、データとAIを活用している。AI学習アナリティクスを提供し、教育システムの課題に対処するのに役立つパーソナライズされたパスや指標またはトリガーなどの自動学習設計の成果を提供するために地元のパートナーと行った作業に基づいて、ミラノ市コムーネ財団は、潜在的なリスクがあると特定された学校が退学率を減らすのを支援するための専用の研修や活動に取り組む。

  SOS Villaggi dei Bambini Onlus supports the growth of every child in a family environment, helping to build the child’s future and contribute to the development of their community.

• 家族強化プログラムでは、就労支援を求める母親や若者の能力を強化する活動を追加している。このプログラムは、女性や若者を家庭内の孤立から救い出し、同じような困難に直面している仲間と時間を共有する機会を提供することで、挫折感を和らげ、ニーズを共有し、視野を広げる。就職のチャンスを最大化するための戦略的なステップを踏む手助けをする。また、技術的な手段を用いて、参加者間の資源、アイデア、相互支援の循環と相乗効果を促進し、可能性のある起業や自営業プロジェクトの開発プロセスを促進する。活動には、グループ・セッションを通じたエンパワーメントとキャリア・コーチング、専門的な履歴書の作り方や求人へのオンライン応募の仕方を学ぶデジタル・スキル・ラボ、専門家の指導、プロジェクトが一部資金を提供する職業訓練の機会などが含まれる。

  TechSoup Global builds a dynamic bridge that uses technology to enable connections and innovative solutions for a more equitable planet.

• 非営利団体のデジタル変革の旅は、TechSoupとマイクロソフトとのパートナーシップを通じて、情報、ガイダンス、デジタル・スキル・トレーニング、ITサービス、テクノロジー製品やソリューションへのアクセスを提供することで、EMEAの非営利団体のデジタル・レジリエンスを構築します。このプロジェクトは、非営利団体のコミュニティの間で、デジタル変革のメリットと、前進するためにどのような明確で具体的なステップを踏むことができるかについての認識を高めるものです。このプロジェクトを通じて、TechSoupは、TechSoupデジタル・ケイパビリティ・フレームワークに沿った6つのデジタル・ケイパビリティ・エリアにわたって、一部の選ばれた組織を標準的な態勢に移行させる手助けをする。
