At Microsoft, our Datacenter Community Pledge is to build and operate digital infrastructure that not only powers innovation but also creates benefits for the communities where we live and work.

That commitment comes to life through our community investments, where we collaborate with local organizations to support projects that reflect their priorities and aspirations.
In our new video, Collaborating for local impact: Microsoft 2025 community investments, we highlight six community-led initiatives that embody this spirit of collaboration and shared progress.

Between July 2024 and June 2025, we worked alongside cities, nonprofits, and neighbors in East Point, Georgia; Racine County, Wisconsin; North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany; Helsinki, Finland; Zaragoza, Spain; and Hyderabad, India, among many others.

Each project is rooted in local priorities—whether that’s expanding access to digital skills, strengthening STEM education, advancing sustainability, or creating inclusive spaces where everyone feels welcome.

This video is a thank you to the organizations, educators, volunteers, and community members who make this work meaningful.
