Cherry Valley datacenter project overview

Datacenters are part of everyday life Essential for modern technology, datacenters power everything from online grocery shopping, online banking, and remote work to scheduling medical appointments and staying connected with family and friends.

Datacenters also support businesses, hospitals, schools, and governments.

The project includes the construction of two datacenter buildings, a power substation, privacy screening, support facilities, and landscaping. Total Parcels: 6 Parcels Combined acreage: ~350 acres Development size: ~300 acres No. of Buildings : 4 to 6 datacenter buildings Total # of Employees: Approximately 200-300 at full build-out

The datacenter project will also include the following neighborhood additions: 10 ft. landscaped berms to protect viewshed. Additional noise mitigations to be determined by noise study.
