Datacenter focus on German mining areas increases cloud service availability
The Rhenish mining area will become a focal point as a new datacenter region through Microsoft’s investment package. The investment package is the largest to date with Germany, and the country will see a significant increase in access to cloud services. Microsoft plans include the digital transformation of companies in North Rhine-Westphalia through technical training and certification by a network of Microsoft partners specializing in certification training.
