Accepting applications: Anyone Can Participate fund

The fund supports social activities that promote greenery, health and inclusion in North Holland. Let’s make a difference in our communities!

Do you have an idea for a social activity that can benefit your neighborhood and the region? Do you want to make your community greener, healthier and more inclusive? Do you need some financial support to make it happen? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you should apply for the Anyone Can Participate fund!

The Anyone Can Participate fund is a joint initiative of the Hollands Kroonse Uitdaging, the West-Fries Vrijwilligerspunt and Microsoft. The fund aims to support organizations that organize social activities that relate to one or more of the following themes:

• Greenery: such as planting trees, shrubs, bulbs, etc. Beautify your neighborhood and the region.
• Health: such as providing healthy treats at events, healthy(ier) snacks and drinks at schools, or organizing exercise activities or information sessions.
• Inclusion: such as offering support for people who need extra help to participate in social activities and feel part of the community.

The fund is open for applications from April 1 to April 19, 2024. Initiatives from the region of West-Friesland can send their applications to the West-Fries Vrijwilligerspunt. Initiatives from the Municipality Hollands Kroon can turn to the Hollands Kroonse Uitdaging. Organizations that are interested in applying can learn more on the websites.
