Get funding for transformative community projects in Québec through the ChangeX Community Challenge

The Québec Community Challenge by ChangeX offers registered nonprofits the opportunity to launch transformative projects in their communities. Supported by the Microsoft Community Empowerment Fund, the Québec Community Challenge aims to nurture and amplify projects that create a tangible community impact in the Greater Québec City area.

Eligible non-profits can choose one of ChangeX’s templated ideas that have demonstrated positive outcomes in various communities worldwide, or submit their own project idea for funding.

Templated project ideas include the Little Free Pantry, a grassroots solution combating food insecurity, the FIRST LEGO League, designed to nurture STEM skills in children aged 4 to 14, and the CoderDojo initiative, which aims to equip the generation with coding skills.

Nonprofits interested in implementing a templated project have a 30-day window from application to form a dedicated project team and devise an action plan. Subsequently, they become eligible for start-up funding. The application deadline is February 1, 2024.

The Québec Community Challenge by ChangeX is an investment in cultivating resilient and thriving communities in Québec. Apply for funding to start one of the Québec projects today.
