Germany community investments
Microsoft datacenters are part of the backbone of Germany’s digital ecosystem. They empower government, businesses, and wider society to function and innovate—supporting each one of us with the critical infrastructure we have come to rely on. Microsoft is a major investor in Germany’s renewable energy generation, meeting the growing demand for digital services while helping Germany on its decarbonization journey.
Our datacenters are essential to modern life—creating quality construction and operation jobs, supporting STEM skilling and education, and fostering meaningful community partnerships. We are committed to being a good neighbor that contributes to a sustainable future, promoting prosperity and well-being, while addressing societal challenges through our investments.
