Microsoft invests in local programs that benefit people of all ages. In Poland, our collaborations are organized by our focus areas of Building Digital Skills, Enabling Sustainability, and Empowering Communities. The following program list contains a sample of the investments Microsoft makes on an annual basis.

Microsoft believes everyone should have access to the skills, technology, and opportunity they need to succeed in a changing economy.   Fundacja Rozwoju Społeczeństwa Informacyjnego  (FRSI) supports communities in using new technologies. The Foundation believes that, when used properly, the technologies can facilitate dialogue, increase accessibility, and contribute to equalizing opportunities and sustainable development.

• 增强数字能力 加强人工智能和网络安全等数字技能以及机构和组织的数字能力建设，以及 促进劳动力融入支持人们进入劳动力市场。在与当地社区成功合作三年的基础上，FRSI 将继续满足他们的具体需求。FRSI 借鉴以往合作的经验，为这些社区量身定制教育计划。这些活动包括增强教育工作者、员工、非政府组织活动家和学生的能力，让他们掌握基本的数字技能（基于人工智能），确保他们做好充分准备，驾驭不断发展的数字环境。为机构和组织提供重要的数字设备，以提高其有效参与数字时代的能力。
• 我的数字生活技术支持和培训服务我的数字生活技术支持和培训服务 "为乌克兰专业求职者在当地社区就业牵线搭桥做出了贡献。通过其雇主合作伙伴网络，FRSI 为流离失所的乌克兰专业人员创造了机会，使他们能够获得收入可观的工作，从而维持难民家庭的生计，并重新投资于他们的社区。

• 我的数字生活环保补助金通过 FRSI 与学校、图书馆、非政府组织和其他机构的合作，开展了综合活动，旨在提高当地社区对环境保护的认识，重点关注空气污染。其中包括利用 Microsoft Azure AI 安装 "火星上的云 "软件，以预测污染程度，通过监测器和应用程序向人们提供所有相关数据。一项社会运动帮助人们利用欧盟基金更换化石燃料炉。当地的一个非政府组织在学校和图书馆开展了环境保护教育。生态活动中心 Ź与当地机构合作开展了环境可持续性培训和活动，并为运动场灌溉提供了遥控设备。

• 我的数字生活 数字过渡通过案头研究和与社区官员以及当地机构和组织的领导人会面，根据在当地社区开展的需求评估，启动了技能提升活动。当地组织和机构的数字化转型包括教育（编码、网络安全、有效的社交媒体管理等）、网站设计以及设备和软件交付。通过这种转型，这些组织可以帮助提高社区居民的数字技能，包括为老年人提供技能提升培训，以及由图书馆与 FRSI 的专家共同组织教育活动。
