Early days
Sanjeevani’s life journey from a middle-class upbringing to achieving her dreams in the corporate world while nurturing a growing family has been filled with challenges and triumphs. Through it all, she has embraced the values of hard work, resilience, and sustainability. Her love for Indian cuisine and cooking is a testament to her creativity, and her dedication to finding sustainable ways to recycle items reflects her commitment to a better, more environmentally friendly world. Sanjeevani continues to pursue her dreams with determination, knowing that life’s challenges only make the journey more rewarding.
The path to technology
Sanjeevani’s journey into the world of technology began with her degree in engineering. Equipped with a degree in a technical field, she had a solid foundation in problem-solving, critical thinking, and a deep curiosity about the possibilities of technology.
As an engineering graduate, she became a sales and marketing executive, a customer experience management executive, and now a datacenter technician at Microsoft. While her experiences have been incredible and fulfilling, she views it as just the beginning. Sanjeevani is excited about the future and the opportunities to continue growing, innovating, and contributing to the ever-evolving world of technology.
Superpowers
Sanjeevani’s family is her greatest source of strength. She is married to a supportive partner who shares her dreams and aspirations. Together, they are raising their first child and eagerly awaiting the arrival of their second. The joy of parenthood has added new dimensions to her life and made her even more resilient.
Sanjeevani is deeply committed to sustainability. She believes in finding innovative ways to reduce waste and recycle items. Creating the “best out of waste” has become a personal mission. Whether it’s upcycling old furniture or finding creative uses for discarded materials, she is always on the lookout for sustainable solutions.
A day in the life
As she steps into the datacenter each day, Sanjeevani is met with the hum of servers and the knowledge that she’s in a highly secure environment where the protection of sensitive data is paramount. Her role here is multifaceted, involving interaction with multiple vendors and contractors, meticulous adherence to datacenter policies, and a continuous commitment to optimizing operations while promoting diversity and inclusion.

Maharashtrian Puran Poli
Sanjeevani adores Maharashtrian Puran Poli, as it carries cherished memories of her village childhood. Her grandmother’s special preparation of this dish on festive occasions was a delightful tradition that celebrated both the moment and their heritage.
