November 2024 Over the next few weeks, generators will be delivered to the Donnacona datacentre site. These shipments will take place in convoys, as the equipment transported is larger than regular equipment.     These transport operations are being carried out in compliance with all the rules laid down by the competent authorities and will have no impact on traffic or on local residents and businesses.   If you have any questions on this subject, please do not hesitate to contact us at quebeccdd@microsoft.com or via our voice mail at 418 476-1012.   August 2024 Superstructure work began in June 2024 and is expected to be completed in mid-September 2024. February 2024 Datacentre construction began on February 12, 2024 and the general contractor has prepared the site for construction; tree cutting, demolition, fencing, and site grading. The next phase is foundation work and other excavation activities. We anticipate that construction will be completed near the end of 2025. Construction completion of the datacentre buildings does not indicate operability.
