Bringing nutrition to seniors in need with Meals of Joy

With datacenters in Goodyear and El Mirage, Arizona, Microsoft contributes to the community of the West Valley by supporting projects such as Meals of Joy. Meals of Joy delivers restaurant-quality nutritional meals to seniors of the West Valley, many of whom live alone and some on fixed incomes. The program has grown from 22,000 meals delivered in 2020 to a projected 45,000 to 50,000 meals delivered by the end of 2022. In addition to helping people get the nutrition they need, the regular deliveries also provide the benefit of companionship, countering loneliness and depression.
