Microsoft’s Finland datacenter project’s Environmental Impact Assessment reports have been finalized and submitted to Uusimaa Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment. As a part of the EIA process, public presentations were held for each EIA report – 13 March in Vihti, 14 March in Espoo and 16 April in Kirkkonummi.   Uusimaa Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment (ELY center) will provide their reasoned conclusion to the environmental impact assessment report for each site during summer 2024.   EIA reports and all other related material can be found on the ELY-center website:   Ymparisto.fi – Vihti   Ymparisto.fi – Espoo   Ymparisto.fi – Kirkkonummi   Thank you to everyone who participated in the public presentation, took part in the discussion or provided comments regarding the EIA report to Uusimaa Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.   Being a good neighbour in the area is essential to us.
